Letitia Allan is a dynamic vocalist originally from Orlando, Florida, with roots in Lexington, Kentucky, and now proudly based in Columbus, Ohio. Her musical journey began in church and continued at Kentucky State University, where she sang in the concert choir and gospel ensemble, setting her on the path to becoming a lead singer in live bands.
For more than two decades, Letitia has captivated audiences both locally and nationally, fronting live bands and lending her voice in the studio to support other artists.
In Lexington, KY, Letitia spent 13 years performing with The Subject Band and later co-founded Encore of Lexington. She has backed and shared the stage with legendary acts including Midnight Star (singing lead in place of Belinda Lipscomb), L.A. Sky’s Stone City Band, and Mark Wood of Lakeside.
Letitia has opened for Howard Hewitt, The Manhattans, Soul For Real, The Intruders, Lakeside, Ohio Players, Keke Wyatt, and Athena Cage. She has also toured under her own name, performing a Teena Marie tribute show alongside artists Patty Walker of P-Funk Connection (George Clinton Alumni), Steven Arrington, The Dazz Band, Heatwave, and more.
